We work with adults and youth (14 years +).

ICBC Counselling

We directly bill ICBC (Insurance Corporation of British Columbia) when you have been in a vehicle accident. We will need your case file identification number, your adjusters contact information, preapproval of ICBC counselling and the date it expires (typically ICBC clients receive 12 sessions to start). Once we have that information you don’t need to do anything further! Just show up for sessions and we will deal with the rest.

Payment

Payment is accepted in the form of e-transfers and credit cards (VISA and Mastercard).

We recognize that reaching out for help is not always easy and fees should not be a barrier. We have a few sliding-scale spaces available for low-income individuals, please reach out to inquire.
